Shipping policy

For pre-made launches please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship

For any pre-order styles I ask that you allow 5-7 business days to process and ship. These will be detailed in the item description.

Once your package is in the custody of the carrier I am not responsible for damaged or loss packages.
File a claim on USPS or UPS website.  If the claim results in the package being lost, send me an email and I will be happy to discuss replacement + refund options. No refunds will be given after 7 days past delivery.
